Refund and cancellation

Cancel within 7 days of payment and before your second mentorship session: full refund.

After that, the plan continues until the end of the period you paid for and is not refundable.

If we cannot assign a mentor within 7 days of payment, you get a full refund.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
