Questions
Which exams are covered?
UPSC Civil Services, SSC (CGL, CHSL, MTS) and Banking (IBPS and SBI PO and Clerk). For any other exam, choose Other: our team builds your schedule by hand within 48 hours of payment.
My study hours change during the week. Can the plan handle that?
Yes. You can update your study slots or exam date any time from your dashboard and rebuild the plan. Finished topics stay finished; only the remaining topics are re-dated.
What happens if I fall behind?
Your dashboard shows exactly how many topics you are behind the target for today. Your mentor sees the same numbers and helps you catch up, and the plan can be re-spread over the time left.
Why does the next topic stay locked?
So that you never move on without learning the current topic. Score at least 60% in the topic's 10-question quiz and tick it as complete; the next topic unlocks immediately.
How do the mentorship sessions work?
Your mentor opens one-hour slots. You book up to two a week from your dashboard and receive a Google Calendar invite with a private Google Meet link. Only you and your mentor are invited. Both of you get an email reminder 15 minutes before.
What if the exam is after my plan ends?
Your schedule always runs all the way to exam day. When your subscription ends, your progress is saved; renew any time to continue from where you stopped.
Can I get a refund?
If you cancel within 7 days of payment and before your second mentorship session, you get a full refund. See the refund policy for details.
